Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of ClickIP proxy services and your account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and ClickIP (“ClickIP”, “we”, “us”), operator of the website at click-ip.com and the associated proxy services (the “Service”). By creating an account, adding a balance, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ClickIP provides access to proxy infrastructure and related tools. Depending on availability, the Service may include:

  • Residential proxies routed through real consumer IP addresses.
  • Mobile proxies routed through cellular carrier networks.
  • ISP (static residential) proxies hosted on carrier-assigned addresses.
  • Dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 proxies.
  • A customer dashboard for provisioning, authentication, rotation, and usage reporting.

Product availability, geographic coverage, and pricing may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, proxy logins, and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or sanctions regimes.

4. Acceptable Use

Proxies are powerful tools and must be used responsibly and lawfully. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or conduct phishing campaigns.
  • Commit fraud, payment fraud, credential stuffing, or account takeover.
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the target.
  • Access, target, or interact with systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Distribute malware, launch DDoS or other attacks, or attempt to hack any system.
  • Access, produce, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
  • Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access outside the scope permitted by your plan.

You are solely responsible for the traffic you generate and the purposes for which you use the Service. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Payment & Billing

The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. You add funds to your account balance, which are then consumed as you purchase proxies, traffic, or subscriptions. We accept top-ups via cryptocurrency (including USDT) and, where available, card payments processed by third-party payment providers.

  • Prices are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • Account balance is non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Refund policy or required by law.
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
  • You authorize us to charge or debit your balance for the services you order, including auto-renewals you enable.

6. Proxy Delivery & Availability

We strive to deliver ordered proxies promptly and to maintain high availability. However, proxy supply depends in part on upstream providers and third-party networks. Occasionally individual IP addresses may become unavailable or degraded. In such cases we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide replacements or credits. Availability targets, where offered, are described in our Service Level Agreement.

7. Prohibited Targets

Regardless of the purpose, you may not direct traffic through the Service to:

  • Government, military, or critical-infrastructure systems without lawful authorization.
  • Banking or financial systems for the purpose of fraud or unauthorized access.
  • Any target where such access would violate that target’s terms, applicable law, or a court order.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior. Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific IP address will remain available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClickIP and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or traffic, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickIP is established [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any dispute.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
